“Refuge” is a design for a shelter in which the language of design is reduced to the essentials: wall and roof. The process is transformative – ever-changing, if you will – in that the first becomes the second, and then changes back to the first.
The element offers refuge from rain and sun while it acts as an accent in its environment; consider a bus shelter as one option.
